Yes. Willow Bridge Property Company manages The Couture on-site Monday–Friday from 9 AM–6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM–5 PM.

Applications and Leasing

I want to make The Couture home , how do I apply for an apartment?

You can apply directly on our website under the “Residences” tab. Select your desired home on the interactive 3D map and click “Apply Online.”

What documents will I need for the application process?

A government-issued ID and proof of income are required.

What floor plans are available?

All available floor plans can be viewed on our interactive 3D map on the website. Available homes are highlighted in blue.

What are the income requirements to qualify for an apartment?

We require income of approximately 3.5x the monthly rent (rent should not exceed 35% of gross monthly income).

What are the lease terms at The Couture?

Lease terms range from 3 to 18 months, depending on availability and the season.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

No. We partner with CORT Furniture for furnished options.

Is rent insurance required?

Yes. A minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage is required.

Move in Support

Are there Couture move in fees?

Yes: $300 administrative fee, $35 application fee per applicant, Security deposits:$500 (1-bedroom) $750 (2-bedroom) $1,000 (3-bedroom). Additional prorated rent and applicable fees may apply at move-in

Are there move in services available to assist?

Yes. We have a 24/7 concierge team and partner with Coakley Brothers as our preferred moving company.

Are there restrictions on decorating the apartment?

Residents may not drill into concrete structural elements such as ceilings, pillars, or window sills.

Where do I put my move in boxes?

Recycling dumpsters are located on the first floor for flattened boxes.

How do I file a noise complaint?

Trash and recycling chutes are located on every floor.

When is my rent late?

Rent is late on the 6th of the month.

How does package delivery work?

Packages are managed by our concierge team and secured through our Luxer One package system.

Where is guest parking?

Guest parking is located in the above-grade public parking structure. Six designated residential guest spaces are available.

Can I sublease my apartment?

No, subleasing is not permitted.

Are there quiet hours in the community?

Yes, from 10 PM to 8 AM.
