The following fees apply to all applicants and residents. A one-time administrative fee of $300 along with a $35 application fee per applicant due upon submission of application. Security deposits are required and are based on apartment size: $500 for one-bedroom homes, $750 for two-bedroom homes, and $1,000 for three-bedroom homes. Monthly utility fees are billed at a flat rate by apartment size: $95 for one-bedroom homes, $125 for two-bedroom homes, and $150 for three-bedroom homes. Optional parking is available for an additional monthly fee, with standard parking priced at $215, EV parking at $315 (chargers not provided), and tandem parking at $300, subject to availability. The community allows pets, with a one-time pet fee of $350 and a monthly pet rent of $40 per pet.
